Welcome to our shipping policy! At TaffyShop.ca, we take great care in ensuring your sweet treats are delivered to you in a timely manner and in perfect condition.
All orderes will be shipped out via Canada Post and should arrive within 4-7 business days. Delivery times to remote areas can be up to 13 business days.
TaffyShop.ca does not take responsibility for any product damage due to weather conditions. Please consider the destination temperature when placing your order.
If an item is received damaged, opened, or defective, customers must provide photographic evidence of the issue in order for us to investigate and offer a resolution. If the item has been discarded, we will no longer be able to assist with the claim.
If a package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue, but TaffyShop.ca cannot be held responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier.
